Di Petsa

Di Petsa is a multi-faceted womenswear brand founded in London in 2019 by Greek designer Dimitra Petsa. The brand explores the ecofeminist relationship between women and water, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Petsa’s background in classic dressmaking, learned from her seamstress grandmother, alongside her studies in BA Performance Design and MA Fashion Design Womenswear at Central Saint Martins, shapes the brand’s unique approach.

Known for the signature “Wetlook” dress, which symbolizes self-acceptance and honoring fluidity, the design has been worn by celebrities like Bella Hadid, FKA Twigs, Lizzo, Doja Cat, and SZA. The Wetlook dress has even evolved into the pregnancy reveal dress for Gigi Hadid and Nicki Minaj.

Di Petsa’s designs emphasize intimacy and inclusivity, celebrating all sizes, gender expressions, and the changing phases of the female body. The brand has garnered attention from global publications, including Vogue US, Vogue Paris, DAZED, and Harper’s Bazaar Singapore. In 2022, The brand was awarded the British Fashion Council NEWGEN award for exceptional design talent.
