Sip on Bathtub Booze During Some Like It Hot at the Adrienne Arsht Center

From December 3-8, the Ziff Ballet Opera House at the Adrienne Arsht Center will host the highly acclaimed Broadway musical Some Like It Hot, a four-time Tony Award-winning show that captures the spirit of 1920s Chicago. Inspired by the hit film, the show follows two musicians on the run from gangsters, offering high-energy performances and unforgettable musical numbers.

In celebration of the show, Teatro, the Adrienne Arsht Center’s chic second-floor restaurant, will serve the Bathtub Booze cocktail, inspired by the era. This flavorful drink combines Bacardi Añejo Cuatro rum, Christian Brothers Ruby Port, Florida lemon juice, cherry juice, and simple syrup, topped with egg white foam and garnished with black cherries. Guests can enjoy this signature cocktail before the show or at the theater’s bars during the performance.

Teatro’s immersive ambiance, with its rich red color palette, enhances the dining experience, and reservations are recommended for pre-show dining, available two hours before the performance. The venue provides a sophisticated setting for an unforgettable evening.
