MSML made a powerful statement at Tokyo Fashion Week with its unique blend of rock and fashion. Established in 2017, this original brand was created by influential musicians from Japan’s loud rock scene. It introduces a “Troika” structure of creation, a departure from traditional fashion, where the designers draw inspiration from their own soundscapes, stage functionality, and the primal sensibilities of rock music.

The collection fuses elements of ’80s and ’90s American casual and street styles with mode-like silhouettes. The event featured designs by KOJI, the vocalist of SCREAMING SOUL HILL, and T$UYO$HI, bassist for bands like PTP and The BONEZ, along with KATSUMA, drummer of coldrain. Their creations showcase a seamless integration of music and fashion, bringing bold black leather and graphic details to life. MSML’s presence at Tokyo Fashion Week not only highlighted musical influences but also a rebellious yet refined approach to street fashion.
